The "Tamarind Seed" restaurant with a 1920's ambiance is renowned for its high quality cuisine. Menus with a sophisticated flair offer a varied choice of traditional and international cuisine.

Luncheon is served daily and bar food is also available. The popular Café Bar carvery restaurant is open seven days.
Sunday luncheon is exceptionally priced and caters for all the family.

  • Take N4 to Longford.

  • Then take N5 and continue on through Carlestown to Castlebar.

From Shannon/Galway:

  • Take N17 to Claremorris town centre.

  • Turn left and continue on N60.

From Sligo:

  • Take N17 Charlestown.

  • Turn right, and continue on through Swinford to Castlebar.

  • All main approach roads link to new ring road around Castlebar town centre.

  • Continue on perimeter ring road to roundabout at the Westport Road junction.

  • Here you must keep to the right and take 1st right after the roundabout.

  • The T.F Royal Hotel& Theatre is situated directly opposite the General Hospital on Old Westport Road.        

From within Town centre:

  • Continue through from Main Street.
