Nestled in its wooded vale beside the tumbling waters of the River Inagh, the distinctive building known today as the Falls Hotel conceals within its walls an eighteenth century mansion, a late medieval castle, and a formidable history of four and a half centuries embracing clans and warfare, landlords and tenants, poets, dreamers and entrepreneurs.

 Meeting & Conference facilities

Woodland room is equipped with a drop down screen, projector, PA system, air conditioning, two bars and a permanent stage.

Orchard suite is located off the lobby and can cater for all meeting styles.  The room is fully air-conditioned an can be used as a small conference room or as a syndicate or meeting room. 

McCarthy Suite and Teach Mor Suite are located inside the main entrance of the Georgian House.  They command beautiful views of the gardens surrounding the hotel and can cater for Boardroom Style or U Shape set-ups or as syndicate rooms.

For small meetings and as a private dining option, the Riverview Suite is ideal.  This suite has its own wine and bottled beer bar and is suitable in a range of seating arrangements.

An Teach Mor

The restaurant is located in the Original part of the Georgian Manor House. It offers an alternative contemporary dining experience for our guests. This 40 seater restaurant has an atmospheric intimate surround and also is an ideal venue for small private parties.

 

The restaurant is open from 6.30pm - 9.30pm. 

 

From May to September An Teach Mor is open nightly and only at Weekends for the rest of the year.

 

The Cascades Restaurant

It is open nightly and offers traditional as well as international dishes prepared from local produce with an emphasis on Seafood from the West Clare Atlantic coastline.

 

The Dylan Thomas Bar

This bar is still maintaining the Original Stonework in certain areas, the bar is also fortunate to have a conservatory style area overlooking the panoramic views of  The Cascades on the River Inagh. A full Carvery menu is served daily from 12.30pm to 2.30pm (4pm on Sundays).  Full Bar Menu is also available nightly from 3pm - 9pm.  Our Chef prides himslef in not only using fresh and local produce, but also in the affordability and variety of his menus.  All tastes and budgets are catered for.

 

During the Summer months and most weekends, entertainment is provided in the Dylan Thomas Bar  ranging from Traditional Irish Music to Country and Irish Ballads.

 Access / Transport available

From Galway:

Take the N18 Going South.  At Kilcolgan, approximately 15 kms from Galway, turn right and follow signs to Ennistymon (approximately 40 kms).  Once in Ennistymon, take the first turn right.

From Limerick/Shannon Airport:

Take the N18 North to Ennis.  In Ennis, take the first exit off the main Limerick/Galway roundabout (N85), heading for Lahinch.  After approximately 20 kms, you will arrive into Ennistymon, take the second left for the Falls Hotel.
